The Steven Burridge trained General Conspiracy was able to break through for his Maiden win in Singapore when he scored over 1800M in a Maiden Handicap.

By General Nediym out of the imported Irish mare Conspire, the gelding had struggled to score a win with five minor placings from eleven starts in Australia when trained by Graeme Rogerson.

The frustration had continued with General Conspiracy running some good races in Singapore without winning.

South African Jockey Robbie Fradd had ran a good fourth at the previous start but was very confident today. The market seemed to think similarly with general Conspiracy a firm 15-8 favorite at the jump.

Fradd rode a patient race settling General Conspiracy in midfield before driving between the tiring Sixth Avenue and East Camp at about the 200m mark. From that point the horse put a good gap in the field before fradd sat up for the photo in the Arexevan Racing second set of colour's.

General Conspiracy is trained by Steven Burridge and owned by Arexevan Racing.
